Hi! My name is Jessica, and I’m a certified life coach with a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organization Development. I’ve spent the last eight years leading and coaching people of all ages in the Albany area, and recently I’ve begun working specifically with young adults as they navigate the challenges of life. As a mentor and coach, I help people discover their purpose and chase their dreams in life. My clients develop the skills to slay the giants of doubt, insecurity, and fear as they chase their dreams and develop into who they’re meant to be. As an executive coach, I partner with business owners to cultivate a culture within their business that attracts and maintains high caliber employees.
